My son is 27 years old, and has a stressful job. His nose is bleeding daily for weeks. a As a child he had scarlatina and strange complications of a low fever for a year. Is this connected to the brain?

This is not connected to the brain. Concerning to the nose bleeding you have to test hemostasis and platelets count.
